In our latest challenge, we invited employees from the MBC Media Group digital team to take on the 'Act the Scenario Challenge,' where they creatively tackle work-related situations in a fun way. The challenge posed the question: "When faced with inconvenient or unfortunate situations at work, do you tend to show how you feel or keep it to yourself?" Some participants were expressive, while others preferred to stay quiet about their emotions.
The challenge has three categories to choose from: Work Scenario, Emotion, and Action. Each category has five options, and participants had to pick one from each to create a unique scenario. For example, scenarios included being late to a meeting with coffee in hand or running into your boss while on sick leave. The emotions ranged from happy to sad or shocked, while the actions included dancing, clapping, and more.
