Get ready to jam with their greatest hits, &ldquo;Iisang Bangka,&rdquo; &ldquo;Salamat,&rdquo; and &ldquo;Love Will Set Us Free.&rdquo; Their concert guests also include big names in the entertainment industry, such as Ebe Dancel, Quest, and Rayver Cruz.&nbsp;</p>
