<p>Regine previously said that she will be having SB19&rsquo;s Stell as a guest at her concert, which will take place at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati. She mentioned that she&rsquo;s been eyeing Stell for a collaboration ever since, so she handpicked the SB19 main vocalist herself for this concert. This supposed special guest appearance will include a surprise.&nbsp;</p>
