Maris Racal is back in the music scene with her new single, "Perpektong Tao," released on January 17.

After taking a break from social media in December, Racal returned to announce her new song. She shared in her Facebook account that &ldquo;It was born from a journey through pain, regret, and the courage to seek forgiveness, a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we can find light. I&rsquo;m sharing this with the world, hoping it resonates with those who need it most.&rdquo;
This release comes after a recent issue where the singer was accused of causing the breakup between his on-screen partner and her girlfriend. Screenshots of their 'closeness' were shared on social media, making the song&rsquo;s message about self-reflection and redemption more meaningful.
Before releasing this song, Maris made her first public appearance with Anthony Jennings and the cast of their upcoming series, &lsquo;Incognito,&rsquo; at a mall in Taguig on January 7.&nbsp;
