<p>The 42-year-old singer Kyla recently shared a touching story of courage and faith in an interview with Ogie Diaz. Alongside her husband, former basketball player Rich Alvarez, they have a son named Toby. Despite their joy in Toby's arrival in 2013, Kyla and Rich aspired to expand their family. In 2017, they embarked on a journey to conceive their second child, driven by Toby's wish for a sibling.</p>

<p>Kyla candidly discussed the heart-wrenching experience of enduring four miscarriages in 2018, which left her with an enduring sense of loss. <em>&ldquo;Nung 2018, I started the year with a miscarriage and then I ended the year with a miscarriage,"</em> she recalled.</p>
<p>As a way to keep her children in her memories, she would embrace the thought of them whenever it's raining. <em>"Feeling ko kapag naririnig ko 'yung mga patak ng ulan, feeling ko nandyan lang mga anak ko. Feeling ko naglalaro lang sila dyan,"</em> she said.</p>
<p>She reflected on the hardships they faced, including medical treatments and consultations with doctors that did not yield the desired results. The pain of multiple miscarriages is unimaginable, leaving Kyla feeling as if her dreams were given and taken away repeatedly.</p>
