<p>After a year-and-a-half away from the spotlight, Elton John is set to make a grand return with a brand new studio album, Who Believes in Angels?, slated for release on April 4 via Island EMI Records. The legendary 77-year-old artist teamed up with US singer Brandi Carlile for the album.</p>

<p>Describing the title track as "one of the toughest [songs] I've ever made," John revealed that the album was co-written with his long-time songwriting partner Bernie Taupin. Impressively, the entire project was written and recorded from scratch within just 20 days in October 2023, shortly after the conclusion of his global farewell tour.</p>
<p>Reflecting on his creative journey, John shared in an Instagram post, "It has given me a place where I know I can move forward. Who Believes in Angels? feels like going into another era, and I'm pushing the door open to come into the future."</p>
<p>Despite revealing a few months ago that an eye infection contracted last summer has severely affected his eyesight, leaving him with "only limited vision in one eye," the legendary singer-songwriter is still determined to make music.</p>
<p>With timeless hits like Your Song, Candle in the Wind 1997, and Can You Feel the Love Tonight under his belt, Elton John's upcoming release is eagerly anticipated by fans worldwide.</p>
