<p>Breakout OPM artist <strong>Jikamarie </strong>had the honor of opening for Coldplay on both nights. The 23-year-old viral popstar, known for hits like "Lutang" and "Hinahanap-Hanap," expressed her overwhelming joy and gratitude for the opportunity to share the stage with one of her musical inspirations.</p>

<p>The opening act said, &ldquo;<em>This is a band I&rsquo;ve been listening to since I was in elementary.</em>&rdquo; She added, &ldquo;<em>I didn&rsquo;t have a phone then, so I&rsquo;d wait for their music videos to play on MYX. I cried so hard to my family because of how excited I am when I found out.</em>&rdquo;&nbsp;</p>

<p>During the first night of the concert on January 19, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin surprised the audience by playing a snippet of <strong>Lola Amour</strong>'s viral hit, 'Raining in Manila,' on his piano. The six-piece OPM band, led by frontman Pio Dumayas, took the spotlight as they performed the whole song.</p>

<p>On the second night of the concert (January 20), another Filipino band, <strong>Dilaw</strong>, had their moment in the spotlight. They collaborated with Coldplay for a rendition of their 2022 viral track, 'Uhaw.' Chris Martin, armed with an acoustic guitar, knelt on stage, contributing to the performance.</p>
