<p>In a March 4 Instagram post, the Grammy-winning singer shared a photo of herself dressed in construction gear, along with the song&rsquo;s release date on March 13.&nbsp;</p>
<p>"The Giver is my take on country. XOXO. May the classic country divas lead their genre&mdash;I&rsquo;m just here to twirl and do a little gay yodel for y&rsquo;all," she wrote.</p>
<p>Chappell has been hinting at the song&rsquo;s release for weeks by dressing up as different characters, including a lawyer, plumber, private investigator, and construction worker. These characters are tied to special editions of The Giver on 7-inch vinyl.</p>
<p>The song was written by Chappell Roan and well-known American producer and songwriter Daniel Nigro. This marks her first release since Good Luck, Babe!</p>
