<p>The announcement was made on YG's social media pages, where they posted a photo of the group with the words "Welcome back." In a video on the label's YouTube channel, YG founder and executive producer Yang Hyun-suk confirmed the reunion and addressed recent rumors. "The members of 2NE1 informed me that they'd like to hold a concert commemorating their 15th anniversary," Yang said in the subtitled video. "So we caught up and happily discussed, making it all happen within this year."</p>

<p>The tour will kick off in Seoul this October, with additional shows in Osaka and Tokyo later in the year.
